Fish Oil 1000 is a food supplement with Omega-3 , EPA and DHA polyunsaturated fatty acids and Vitamin E. EPA and DHA together help maintain a healthy heart; for beneficial effects, the recommended daily amount is 250 mg EPA and DHA (1 vegetable capsule). DHA also contributes to normal brain and eye function. For beneficial effects, the recommended daily amount is 250 mg DHA (2 vegetable capsules). The product also contains Vitamin E, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

CONTAINS

1-2 vegetable capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably with meals.
