Equilibra® Power up is a food supplement providing a daily source of 3 grams of Creatine that increases physical performance in the event of repetitive, high intensity and short-term activities. Equilibra® Power up also contains 2 grams of the L-Arginine amino acid and 400 mg of Beta-Alanine. It also contains Vitamins C, B1 and Magnesium to support normal energy metabolism. Vitamin C, Iron and Magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue. The addition of Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis.
The recommended serving is 1 sachet daily. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml of water or another non-hot liquid.

Warning
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Dietary supplements do not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Because it contains creatine, this product is for adults only. Do not take during pregnancy. The warning on the effects of creatine is only for foods that provide a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat. The durable life date is valid when the product has been stored appropriately and the package unopened.
