Pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of personal data (“GDPR”), Equilibra S.r.l., as Data Controller, would like to inform you about the processing of personal data that you provide when sending requests for information by filling in the online form in the "Contacts" section of our website.
1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Equilibra S.r.l. processes the data you provide by completing the aforementioned online form for responding to your request and/or your complaint.
Equilibra S.r.l. requests that data subjects keep personal information entered in messages to a minimum and to avoid referring to their state of health.
3. PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING AND NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA
The data provided by you will be processed in order to respond to your requests and/or to resolve any complaints you may have. The legal basis for such processing is therefore the provision of a service requested by you. Equilibra may also process data provided, where necessary, for the purposes of the protection and defence of its own rights.
The provision of data is optional, but if it is not provided, it will not be possible to provide you with the information requested or to process your complaint.
Please note that it may be necessary for you to provide us with sensitive data in order to justify your complaint and to help us resolve the problem. In this case, the sensitive data you provide will be used exclusively for the above reasons. We therefore invite you to give your consent. Consent is optional and may be revoked at any time by writing to privacy@equilibra.it. If you do not give your consent or you revoke it and it is necessary to process sensitive data to manage your request, we will not be able to respond to your request and your data will be erased. Sensitive data that you have provided will also be erased in the event that you provide it but it is not necessary for managing your request.
In certain cases, where particular categories of personal data are disclosed and such information is necessary because it is related to possible present and future disputes, Equilibra S.r.l. will process such personal data for the sole purpose of for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim, in accordance with the GDPR.
4. PROCESSING PROCEDURES AND RETENTION PERIOD
Processing is carried out in automated form and/or manually, with procedures and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality. Personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows data subjects to be identified for the time necessary to process the request and/or complaint, as well as for the further period necessary to comply with legal obligations and to ensure the rights of Equilibra S.r.l. are protected and defended. After the retention period, the data shall be erased or anonymised.
5. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENT OF PERSONAL DATA
Data of a personal nature that is provided may be processed by employees of Equilibra S.r.l., as persons authorised and instructed by the Data Controller who are acting under the authority of the Data Controller and may also be processed by our appointed service providers that are instrumental to the handling of the requests, under Article 28 of EU Reg. no. 2016/679. Your data is not disseminated or disclosed to third parties. Data of a personal nature provided by you will not be transferred to countries outside of the EU.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, completion, erasure or restriction on its processing at any time. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons, as well as the right to portability of the data itself.
